Refund and Return Service

Welcome to BuyPetCare. We strive to ensure you and your pets are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

Timeframe: You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Exclusions: Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., open pet food, treats), sanitary items, or custom-made products.

Inspection: Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
Processing Time: Depending on your card issuer's policies, you will receive the credit within a certain number of days (usually 5–10 business days).

Refund Value: When returning an item purchased with a promotional coupon, discount code, or promotional offer, your refund will reflect the final price paid after the discount was applied, not the full original list price.
Coupon Reinstatement:
- Single-Use/Promotional Coupons: Promotional coupons, percentage-off codes, or one-time-use discount codes used on a returned order will not be refunded or reissued for future use.
- Store Credits/Gift Cards: If a promotional discount was applied as part of a store-wide promotion, only the actual cash amount paid by the customer will be refunded to the original payment method.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
